We are local investors that are looking to help out our local communities…
We buy and renovate properties for use as rentals or reselling. We deal directly with home owners (or their realtors) who need to sell their home quickly – in “as-in” condition.
We also work with other wholesalers who have negotiated contracts on such properties.
Our mission is to continually push the marketplace for real estate in local communities as well as renovate and reinvigorate the local economy and beautify the community, One house at a time!
